By accessing this website, purchasing our (digital) products and services, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Definitions
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:
“Client/Customer/You”: Refers to the individual accessing or using the website or purchasing our (digital) products and services.
“Company/We/Us/Program”: Refers to Powerhouse Code, including our employees, contractors, and affiliates and our products and services.
“Agreement”: Refers to these Terms and Conditions and any related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
2. The Program
Powerhouse Code agrees to provide course content, identified as an online course aid, and virtual services to help Clients grow their careers or help others grow their career. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this Agreement as a condition of their participation in any of our programs.
3. Financial Obligations
3.1 Payment Terms
Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with products they purchase. If we are unable to process your payment successfully, our system will usually retry every 3 days using the existing payment method you added. We reserve the right to manually retry this payment(s) at any time on your existing payment method – or any new payment methods that you add to your account – to process any outstanding debts. Powerhouse Code is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.
Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and IDEAL.
For payment plans, you authorize monthly charges to the payment method provided.
3.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, our system will retry every three days. We may manually attempt to process the payment using any payment method linked to your account.
Unpaid amounts may be referred to a collection agency, and you will be liable for any related costs.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase with proof of completed work.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@thepowerhousecode.com.
4.2 Conditions for Denial
Refunds will not be granted after 30 days of purchase.
On the 31st day, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the product, regardless of whether or not you complete the program.
Clients who download program materials and immediately request refunds may be denied, as the policy is designed for genuine trials.

As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you downloaded the Training Material (PDFs, audios, videos, additional workbooks, and/or etc.), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Why? Because the point of the policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn't work, they can get their money back. It wasn't designed to enable people to steal the Training Material.
4.3 Payment Plan Responsibility
If you opt for a payment plan and do not request a refund within 30 days, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining payments.
5. Confidentiality
Powerhouse Code respects Clients' privacy and requires that the Client respects ours as well. Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure Agreement:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding shared proprietary information, including participant details, course content, and internal communications.
Disclosure of any confidential information to third parties is prohibited and may result in legal action.
By purchasing our (digital) products or services, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, Powerhouse Code and/or the other program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
6. Client Responsibility
Products and services developed by Powerhouse Code are for strictly educational purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from products developed by Powerhouse Code. Powerhouse Code makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing. Client understands that because of the nature of products developed by Powerhouse Code and their extent, the results experienced by each Client may significantly vary. Client acknowledges that, as with any personal and professional development endeavor, there is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation in products developed by Powerhouse Code. Powerhouse Code program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. Powerhouse Code assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
7. Earnings Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to accurately represent our programs and their potential. However, Powerhouse Code does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as promotions, increased earnings, or career advancements.
Results depend on individual factors such as:
Time invested.
Effort and application of program techniques.
Personal skills and professional circumstances.
We cannot guarantee your success or income level, nor are we responsible for any of your actions. No guarantees are made that you will achieve results similar to the testimonials of our clients. In fact, no guarantees are made that you will achieve any results from the ideas and techniques in our material.
8. Limitation of Liability
Powerhouse Code provides educational services and assumes no liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs. By enrolling, you acknowledge:
You are solely responsible for your progress and results.
The Company is not liable for errors, omissions, or unforeseen outcomes related to the program.
Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable. Client agrees that Company will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Company’s services or enrollment in the Program. Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any of the program materials.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including text, videos, workbooks, and templates, are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Powerhouse Code.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of our (Digital) Products or Services in any manner.
By ordering our (Digital) Products or Services, you agree that the (Digital) Products and/or Services you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed. You shall not create any derivative work based upon the (Digital) Products and/or Services and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the (Digital) Product/Services. Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.
Further, by purchasing this product or service, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s Agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations. Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all text relating to the Company’s services and the full content of this website. This Company’s logo is a trademark of this Company in the Netherlands and other countries.
10. Termination of Access
Powerhouse Code reserves the right to terminate your participation in a program without a refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if:
Client violates these Terms and Conditions.
Client’s behavior is disruptive or harmful to other participants or staff.
Client fails to follow the Program guidelines
Client is difficult to work with
Clients impairs the participation of the other Participants
11. Use of Cookies and Log Files
Cookies are used to improve website functionality and analyze user behavior.
Log files may track IP addresses, browser types, and access times for diagnostic purposes.

12. Force Majeure
Powerhouse Code is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical disruptions.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not monitor or review the content of the other party’s websites which are linked to from this website. As such, Powerhouse Code is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of these external sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices, or content, of these sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site & to read the privacy statements of these sites. You should evaluate the security and trustworthiness of any other site connected to this site or accessed through this site yourself, before disclosing any personal information to them. This Company will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage in whatever manner, howsoever caused, resulting from your disclosure to third parties of personal information.
14. Severability/Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force.

Powerhouse {Code} reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email. We will not provide notice of any minor updates, and acknowledge it is your responsibility to read any updated version(s) on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Customer and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of purchase, membership or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein.

Powerhouse Code helps clients fast-track their promotions, recognition, and pay; however, results are not guaranteed. Factors such as effort, background, and market conditions may impact individual outcomes.
